Increase customer satisfaction and up sell park visitors to multi park and multi day passes

Approach

Dreamworld / White Water World wanted to create an application that would showcase their product and provide a method of allowing customers to plan their visit and get the most out of their days spent at the parks.

Our challenge was to create an interactive and fun application that encourages park users to discover what the parks have to offer and plan a visit. We developed a new User Interface design to encourage exploration and education which in turn delivered customer satisfaction & up sell.

The cutting edge design also provides a positive brand experience for the park visitor even before visiting.

Results

Launched successfully in April 2011 to critical acclaim.
